FAQ
Late
We have a 10 minute late policy. If you are running more than 10 minutes late you will have to be rescheduled.
Long Hair
You can come in with hair down to the floor and we will kut it for you BUT we will not give you a kut that is LONGER than what we call a 3 finger length (3FL) on the SIDES and BACK. Click below for examples of the longest kuts we offer.
*If your hair is as long or longer than these examples and you intend to grow it longer we are not the shop for you.
No Shows
If you do not cancel your appointment 2 hours in advance or no show all together you will be restricted from online booking and may be required to keep a credit card on file.
Walk-ins
Typically we are fully booked with appointments. Booking an appointment online is usually the wisest option! If you are feeling lucky and want to walk-in we will take you IF we have an empty spot or a client no shows, though it is usually unlikely!
Stylist Requests
Between the software, hardware, training, testing and active quality control checks there is no one more seriously dedicated to consistency and quality than us. We work on a first come first serve basis and the team member you will be working with is more than qualified to handle your request. In the instance that they are not qualified we have managers on staff to help you get exactly what you need. We have a money back guarantee that if we have your kut on file and you do not receive the same consistency that we will refund your money. Lineups
We only offer 30 minute appointment spots that count as a full service listed and priced above.
7 day touch up’s
After every appointment you ever have with us you always have 7 days from your appointment date to come in for any touch ups. You do NOT make an appointment for these touch ups you just walk in. These touch ups are only for mistakes made or things missed. If the seven day touch up is used for anything other than mistakes or things missed then they can and likely will be refused.
Client services
We have an entire department dedicated to client services. Any time you have an issue, ranging from getting an appointment to problems with a kut all you have to do is leave feedback on the Danckuts app. and your problems will be solved. Coming soon to the iOS & android App Store.
Money back guarantee (MBG)
Our money back guarantee is simple. If you have a kut on file with us we guarantee that it will always come out exactly the same no matter which location you go to or who on our team performs the service. In the instance that you feel you did not receive the same kut on file all you need to do is leave feedback with client services from our app or via phone call or text mes- sage 949.392.3422
A few rules to the MBG:
1) Photos must be present on your profile for the kut that the MBG is being requested for.
2)In some instances where a client requests an MBG it may be required for that client to come in for a closer look or a touch up before Danckuts will issue a refund.
3)Tips are not included as part of the MBG refund.
